Lumard SAS is a renovation consultancy registered in France. Our registered office is at 5 Rue d'Ashford, 35300 Fougères, France. We provide independent project coordination and consultancy services to homeowners undertaking residential renovation work. We are not a contractor and do not carry out physical building work.

In the event of any conflict between these general terms and a specific service agreement, the service agreement prevails.
Our services are advisory and coordination in nature. We do not guarantee specific outcomes on renovation projects. Building work involves variables outside any consultant's control, including contractor performance, material availability, and site conditions discovered after work commences. Our role is to help you navigate these variables, not to eliminate them.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, and design — is owned by or licensed to Lumard SAS. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.
Reports, scope documents, and other deliverables produced under a service agreement are licensed to you for use on the specific project described in that agreement.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by French law, Lumard SAS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or from our services, including losses caused by third-party contractors acting on recommendations or documents produced by Lumard.
